Every B- Corp is independently assessed on how they treat their workers, their customers, their community, and the planet.

It means we’ve opened ourselves up to scrutiny, been marked against a strict set of standards, and agreed to keep improving over time. Why B-Corp
We didn’t go after B-Corp certification because it looked nice on a LinkedIn profile (although, we won’t lie, it does). We chose it because in an industry with a reputation for pumping out disposable tat, we wanted a line in the sand. B Corp is that line. It holds us accountable not just to our customers, but to our community, our employees, and the planet.
The Hard Bit
Getting certified wasn’t easy. In fact, if it had been, we’d be worried we’d missed something. The B-Impact Assessment pokes into every corner of your business: how you treat your staff, where you buy your materials, your governance, your environmental footprint, even what you do with your profits. We had to look at ourselves under a microscope, admit where we fell short, and make real changes. It was uncomfortable at times but that’s the point.
